Swimming

We have the greatest pool here at our apartments... seriously - the view is to die for... and it is just a cool pool! Thursday was a pretty hot day here, so we decided to take Lucy swimming that night... oh man... it was so fun! Lucy liked to swim last year, but this year is so much more fun with her - she just laughed and laughed... and even got in to splashing - not sure where she learned that, but it was pretty funny to see her splash Daddy!! She also thought that the bubbles in the hot tub were pretty neat! Watching her walk around the bench area in the hot tub was interesting - she loved to walk, but didn't get the concept that the floor wouldn't always be there for her to walk on, so she would cut a corner, and go plunging down... whoops! It was cracking us up how she would go walking as fast as she could, but then wouldn't be able to stop because of the momentum and the force of the water on her little body! Too funny! I just loved how happy she was to be there... outside... with us... enjoying the simple things in life!
